Eric Lilly is a litigator who represents businesses and families in disputes of every size and level of complexity. Most recently, Eric held a litigation role with a well-regarded Twin Cities law firm, handling complex civil matters across business, estate, and family-law contexts. Earlier in his career, he served as in-house counsel for Polaris Industries, a Fortune 500 manufacturer, and for Marvin, a leading privately held manufacturer in the Fargo area. In those roles, he advised on product and employment litigation, product safety, dealer law, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance, giving him practical insight into how businesses can strategically manage risk and navigate litigation.
